Yes! Unused AI Credits roll over each month up to 3x your monthly allocation. For example, Professional plans can accumulate up to 300 credits (3x 100 monthly credits). Monthly AI Credit subscription also contributes to this 3x maximum.

How do plan changes work?

Upgrades are pro-rated immediately, giving you instant access to more credits and leads. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, ensuring you keep your current benefits until then.

Why fewer AI Credits than Max Leads?

Not every lead needs monthly follow-up. For example, if a lead requests to connect next quarter, they'll stay in your leads but won't need immediate AI follow-up. This helps your credits last longer while maintaining relationships.

What happens if I run out of AI Credits?

You can still send follow-ups using our smart templates with intelligent mail merge fields, which don't consume AI Credits. These templates are customizable and maintain personalization without using credits.

How reliable are the AI-generated emails?

By default, all AI emails require approval before sending. You'll receive a weekly digest of proposed emails and can review them on your dashboard. However, our AI typically exceeds expectations, and many users choose to disable the approval requirement after seeing the quality.
